- Unusual Scooter Journey Interrupted by Law Enforcement

Bingen Cops Put an End to Odd Scooter Journey. According to authorities, they spotted three individuals riding scooters on the federal road heading towards Bingen. One of the scooters was being tugged along by another using a bungee cord, and the third one was trailing behind.

Upon closer examination, law enforcers discovered that none of the drivers possessed the required license. There was also one rider who was under the influence of cannabis and amphetamines. Moreover, one of the scooters was found to be without insurance.

In sum, the riders are facing charges for operating an uninsured vehicle, driving without a license, falsifying documents, and a penalty for driving under the influence of narcotics.

The officers found the group's actions intriguing, given the unusual manner of transporting the scooters. Despite their curious circumstances, the riders were charged accordingly.
