Traffic - Unreasonable drivers after accident in Gütersloh
After a motorcycle accident with two injured young people in Gütersloh, waiting motorists allegedly tried to squeeze through the cordoned-off scene. "Unfortunately, the accident investigation was obstructed by several disobedient road users who ignored the police cordons," explained the police on Saturday.
According to the statement, the motorcycle collided with an 18-year-old's turning car late on Friday evening. A 16-year-old and a girl of the same age were thrown off the motorcycle and suffered minor injuries. An emergency doctor and an ambulance crew treated the two at the scene of the accident. The scene was completely closed for about an hour while the accident was being investigated. On Saturday, the police were unable to provide any information on the possible consequences of the drivers' disobedience.
