Previously, a fire was reported on the rooftop of a building. It is currently unclear how much damage has been done to the structure, as workers were supposed to reside there.

A representative from the Oberhavel district administration confirmed that it's a construction project managed by the district. There are a total of five houses being built with 30 apartments, some of which were set to be allocated to refugees. The fire was an accident that occurred on the construction site.
