Prosecutorial office - Unlicensed Medical Practice: Fake Doctor Gets Charged in Leipzig
A man accused of being a fake doctor is said to have treated over 200 patients, provided sick notes and prescriptions, delivered medication in certain cases, and executed medical procedures, all as mentioned in the charges. Furthermore, he allegedly neglected to pay his suppliers and service providers, made orders with 27 different companies, and requested for services in order to establish a house doctor's practice in Leipzig. The losses from this fraud are estimated to be around 77,000 euros. This man is currently being held in prison for another case of fraud.
