Unknown perpetrators set a stroller on fire in a cellar in Rostock. After the fire department extinguished the fire on a Saturday morning, nine residents were able to leave their apartments, according to the police. Three residents were lightly injured by carbon monoxide poisoning and treated by paramedics. The fire department estimates that the house is currently not habitable.
