Assaults - Unknown man hits passer-by in the face with his fist
An unknown man suddenly punched a passer-by in the face with his fist on Wednesday evening in Trier. The 22-year-old woman fell to the ground as a result, according to the police. The perpetrator then fled. The woman suffered minor injuries to her face, but did not have to go to hospital. She was able to appear at the police station on her own to record the incident, a spokesperson said when asked. Trier police are now searching for the man and are looking for witnesses who witnessed the incident.
