- Unauthentic 50 Euro Banknotes Produced in Schweinfurt Lead to Three Arrests

In Schweinfurt, law enforcement apprehended a trio assumed to be using bogus 50-euro banknotes at various retail establishments. A 19-year-old and her 23-year-old accomplice were apprehended, according to the authorities. Their arrest came after the bogus currency was spotted in a bookstore. The same fake bills were later discovered in a bakery and a pharmacy. The police also found additional counterfeit money in the car they were using. Consequently, the 44-year-old individual driving the vehicle was also detained. The criminal investigation unit is now seeking additional witnesses.

The authorities revealed that the Police were involved in the apprehension of the suspects. The bogus 50-euro banknotes were reportedly used in multiple stores, prompting a police investigation.
