Ex-pro Nils Petersen selected Wuerzburg Kickers as opponents for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. SC Freiburg is set to play VfL Osnabruck on the road. 1. FC Heidenheim faces a challenge from FC 08 Villingen, who are set to join the Regionalliga this season.
Karlsruher SC, a team in the second division, has to face Sportfreunde Lotte, another recent promotion recipient. Third division team SV Sandhausen welcomes 1. FC Cologne to their home turf. Meanwhile, VfR Aalen will match up against FC Schalke 04.
