Two people have been injured in a fire at a metal processing company in Neu-Ulm. According to the police, the fire broke out on Monday morning. The cause was suspected to be a faulty reaction of the materials, which caused a machine and a power distribution box to catch fire.

Investigations - Two slightly injured in fire at metal company

Two people have been injured in a fire at a metal processing company in Neu-Ulm. According to the police, the fire broke out on Monday morning. The cause was suspected to be a faulty reaction of the materials, which caused a machine and a power distribution box to catch fire.

The employees on site were able to fight the fire before the fire department arrived. However, according to the police, two employees suffered slight smoke inhalation and were taken to hospital as a precaution. The police want to clarify in their further investigations whether human error or a technical defect is responsible for the fire.
