Two siblings have been imprisoned in Stuttgart for fabricating language qualifications.

In all, the procedure encompassed 355 incidents. The court confirmed that the siblings had transferred the fake documents at a local venue in Backnang or through a language institute in Ellwangen, or by mail. Numerous times, these counterfeit documents were presented to authorities by purchasers to secure a residency permit or citizenship.

As a result, the siblings were penalized not just for forgery, but also for illegally bringing individuals into the nation for financial gain and as part of a criminal syndicate. Additional suspects are suspected of being involved in the wrongdoing and are being investigated individually.

The penalized siblings presented the fake documents, including the counterfeit certificates, to secure residency permits or citizenship. OFFICIAL INVESTIGATIONS are underway to examine if these individuals also used fraudulent certificates in their processes.
