Following an explosion at a pizzeria in Eislingen (district of Göppingen), two men are in custody. The suspects were presented to a judge on Sunday, a spokesperson for the Ulm Police Presidency said. They are believed to have caused the explosion in the restaurant's dining area early Saturday morning. Further details about the suspects were not immediately available.

According to police and prosecutors, the suspects initially broke a window before at least one of them allegedly threw an explosive or incendiary device through the resulting hole into the restaurant.

At the time of the explosion, two men were in the pizzeria and sustained minor injuries.
