Two people were injured in a collision between two cars in Bad Segeberg on Thursday, one of them seriously. According to the police, the accident was probably caused by a mistake when changing lanes, which led to the two vehicles colliding. As a result of the collision, the car of an 86-year-old woman was overturned and left on its roof.
Her 90-year-old passenger was trapped in the vehicle during the accident and had to be rescued by emergency services. He was seriously injured and flown to hospital in a rescue helicopter. The 86-year-old woman involved in the accident was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
