Police say in a 37-year-old man's version of events, he got into an argument with some guys. First, he whacked a 28-year-old on the head with a mug. At some point, everyone seemed to have cooled off a bit, and he took off. But then he came back, this time armed with an axe. He used it to harm the 28-year-old and a 21-year-old who was trying to help the initial victim. On top of that, authorities arrested both the 37-year-old and a potential collaborator.
