Intense Car Crash Leaves Two Injured: A shocking accident occurred on State Road 194 nearby Freital (Saxon Switzerland-Ore Mountains) during the late hours of a Saturday. The Dresden Police Department disclosed on Sunday that a 23-year-old male, in a reckless attempt to overtake another vehicle on the stretch between Tharandt and Freital, smashed head-on into an incoming car. The 73-year-old driver of the opposite vehicle too needed urgent medical attention. An air ambulance was called in for the rescue mission. The authorities approximated the total damage to be approximately 30,000 Euros. The area was blocked for nearly four hours due to the accident.
