Rems-Murr district - Two individuals killed in accident attempted draining water from basement.

Basement of the home was thoroughly submerged in floodwaters. Rescue workers later discovered the remains of two individuals in the emptied basement.

The Rems-Murr-Kreis area was heavily impacted by the flood in the southwest region. The flood circumstances had unanticipatedly turned worse there during the night.
