In a collision involving two cars between Fulda and Hünfeld-Michelsrombach (Fulda district), two people were injured. A 78-year-old driver attempted to turn left onto a forest road from the L3378 and apparently failed to notice the oncoming car of a 36-year-old, according to police. Both men were subsequently taken to hospitals. Their cars were towed away, with the estimated property damage set at 12,000 euros.

The emergency responders had to manage clashes between onlookers at the accident site, causing additional chaos. The investigation revealed that the clashes between the two drivers, leading to the collision, were due to improper signaling and misjudged turns.
