Accidents - Two cars collide on the B 101: five seriously injured
Five people were seriously injured in a collision between two cars in Großschirma (Mittelsachsen district). On Tuesday morning, a 53-year-old female driver tried to avoid a truck that had stopped in front of her on the Bundestraße 101 and drove into the oncoming lane, according to the police. There, her vehicle collided with an oncoming car. The 53-year-old woman and the family in the other car were seriously injured: the 41-year-old driver, the 41-year-old female passenger, an eight-year-old and a five-year-old. The damage was estimated at 53,000 euros. The police are investigating.

The collision occurred on the B 101, a major road in the Mittelsachsen district, specifically in the town of Großschirma. This incident involved two vehicles, which are commonly known as cars.
