In a collision between two cars, both drivers, a 18-year-old and a 57-year-old, were slightly injured. According to the police, the 18-year-old lost control of her car due to a defective front tire during the Saturday afternoon, and veered onto the wrong lane on a road in Stuttgart, colliding with the other car.

Both drivers were taken to the hospital with slight injuries. Both cars were towed away. The police estimated the damage to be around 40,000 Euros.

The accident happened on a busy road in Stuttgart, causing temporary traffic disruptions. The Automatic Traffic Surveillance System in Baden-Württemberg recorded the collision. The police are investigating if the 18-year-old driver's use of a smartphone prior to the accident played a role in the loss of control. After the incident, traffic flow resumed, but drivers were advised to take alternative routes due to the ongoing police investigation at the site of the accident.
