The dog was being walked by an 11-year-old girl when it was ambushed by a Pitbull and a mixed breed. Luckily, the young girl escaped unhurt. The authorities have launched a criminal investigation in response.
The girl's family was distraught over the incident and sought help from the local animal welfare organization, who advised them to consider other options for the dog's recovery. Despite the best efforts of veterinarians, the pet dog sadly passed away due to its injuries a few days later.
