Filderstadt - Twelve pupils presumably in hospital because of pepper spray
Twelve students from a school in Filderstadt (District Esslingen) were taken to the hospital due to eye and respiratory irritations. According to a police spokesperson, pepper spray was sprayed in the school on Friday, as per initial findings. The fire department also suspected a gas leak based on their statement. However, there was no further information available at first. A total of 86 students were examined. The affected area in the school was cleared and ventilated. All students were safely brought to safety.
