Trump scrutinizes ABC News and challenges the scheduled TV debate with Harris
Donald branded the broadcast as "Falsified ABC News." He voiced anger towards the network's Sunday segment, which featured a "preposterous and prejudiced conversation" between a journalist and Republican Senator Tommy Cotton. He referred to the network's political analysts as a "self-proclaimed cluster of Donald-detractors."
Donald did not call off the debate, but he mentioned that the network had "numerous queries to respond to."
ABC News indicated around two and a half weeks prior that Donald and Kamala would go head-to-head on the channel on September 10th. Both parties confirmed their attendance at that time, according to the network's announcement. This is the sole televised debate scheduled thus far between the Vice President and the former President before the November 5th election.

After voicing his displeasure towards ABC News for its biased treatment of Senator Cotton, Republicans might express their support for Donald in response to the network's coverage. Regardless of the controversy, Kamala and Donald are still expected to participate in the scheduled debate on ABC News.
