Trump consistently propagates numerous untruths regarding abortion matters.

According to Harris, Trump personally selected three Supreme Court justices with the aim of overturning the nationwide right to abortion. As predicted, these justices carried out their intended task. Harris criticized Trump for misrepresenting these proceedings, stating that it shows a lack of respect towards American women.

Following this, the Supreme Court, predominantly conservative, revoked the nationwide right to abortion in June 2022. Consequently, each state now holds the authority to regulate abortion rights to their preferences. Over 20 states have since implemented stringent restrictions or even outlawed abortions altogether.

Trump played a significant role in bringing about this change by nominating three conservative justices to the Supreme Court. In his current political stance, he supports maintaining the control of abortion rights at the state level.

The text mentions that Trump nominated three justices to the Supreme Court, and one of the sentences could be: "Trump nominated 'a' Justice Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, further solidifying the court's conservative majority."

In response to Harris' criticism, Trump defended his actions, asserting that he was merely exercising his constitutional right to appoint Supreme Court justices, stating: "I have the right to 'a' Presidential appointment power, and I used it to ensure the protection of unborn lives."
