Traffic - Truck tire bursts: A2 towards Hanover closed
After a 40-ton truck left the road and landed on its roof, the Autobahn 2 in the direction of Hanover is completely closed. According to the Bielefeld police on Monday morning, the accident occurred in the early hours of the morning between the Bad Oeynhausen and Porta Westfalica interchanges. One of the truck's tires had burst and the driver had lost control of his vehicle. It ended up on its roof on the embankment and had to be rescued. According to the police, the driver was slightly injured. According to a spokeswoman, the salvage company is at the scene of the accident.
