Gablingen - Truck driver gets stuck with excavator: Hit-and-run accident
A truck driver fled the scene of an accident in Swabia after getting stuck on a railroad underpass with a loaded excavator. According to the police on Monday, the driver let the air out of the tires to get free again. A witness had observed the incident on a district road in Gablingen (district of Augsburg) on Saturday and alerted the police. Another witness reportedly took pictures of the person responsible for the accident at the scene. The damage caused to the underpass initially remained unclear.
