Regensburg - Truck driver dies after rear-end collision on highway 3
After a rear-end collision involving four trucks on the Autobahn 3, one of the drivers involved died on Monday. A police spokeswoman said that a truck driver had probably overlooked the end of a traffic jam at the Rosenhof exit near Regensburg. According to initial findings, his truck pushed three other articulated lorries against each other. According to initial information, other truck drivers were injured. The A3 was closed in the direction of Nuremberg due to the accident.
