Truck causes accident with car and minibus
A truck has caused an accident involving a car and a school bus in Lower Bavaria. Eight schoolchildren, the 45-year-old bus driver and the 46-year-old truck driver got off lightly. The 39-year-old car driver was slightly injured, according to the police.
According to the report, the truck driver in Massing (Rottal-Inn district) overlooked the fact that the car driver wanted to turn off on Tuesday morning. The articulated truck hit the car and pushed it against the minibus. The fire department removed countless pieces of glass that had reportedly fallen onto the road as a result of the collision. According to initial police estimates, the damage amounted to around 21,500 euros. The truck driver was investigated for negligent bodily harm in a traffic accident.
The accident in Lower Bavaria reminded authorities of the importance of preventing traffic-related accidents, as crime rates in the area have been relatively low. Unfortunately, such incidents involving trucks, like the one in Massing, can lead to significant damage and injuries.
