The ongoing trial of Björn Höcke in the Regional Court of Thuringia in Gera is expected to conclude the proceedings related to his case. Despite the fine imposed on Höcke by a court in Halle on the Saale in May for using the SA-cry "For Germany, All!" during an AfD rally in Sachsen-Anhalt, Merseburg, Höcke maintains his innocence in both cases.
