Trial of Höcke resumes, may conclude proceedings
This alleged individual is being charged for sharing symbols associated with an old Nazi group. Back in May, a local court fined him due to his use of the SA-cry "For Germany, All!" during an election rally for the AfD party in Sachsen-Anhalt, Merseburg. The verdict hasn't gone into full effect yet. Both cases, Judge Hocke asserted his innocence.
