Radicalism - Trial for terror charges against Prince Reuß's group carries on

The ongoing Frankfurt Terror Trial, involving a supposed group called "Citizens of the Reich," is scheduled to go on today at 9:30 am. Defense attorneys have complained about not having the most recent and complete files, leading them to request either suspending or postponing the trial. Additionally, they've brought up the issue of newly discovered documents from a search conducted at one of the defendants' residences before the trial began. Previously, an ex-inmate allegedly spoke about his supposed plans, which could be connected to this case.

If the court decides to press on with the trial, we can expect more opening statements from the defense. Heinrich XIII. Prince Reuß, one of the nine defendants, has been labeled a leader in this group; he, along with eight men and women, is said to have been part of a terrorist organization or at least supported it in Frankfurt. Reuß's legal team has denied the charges.

One of the nine defendants is Vitalia B., a 40-year-old woman believed to be linked to Reuß. They've revealed that she intends to express her side of the story, sharing details about her background. As per the Federal Prosecutor's Office, Reuß attempted to secure Russian government support for his plans of overthrow through this Russian woman.
