Frankenthal Regional Court - Trial due to possible vaccine damage begins
A woman's lawsuit for alleged health damage caused by a corona vaccination will be heard on Tuesday (10.00 a.m.) at the regional court in Frankenthal (Palatinate). According to the court, the woman from Rhineland-Palatinate is basing her lawsuit against the Mainz-based vaccine manufacturer Biontech on the fact that a second vaccination led to a bilateral pulmonary artery embolism - i.e. a blockage of blood vessels in the lungs.
Since the cause could not be determined, the woman attributed it to the vaccination. The plaintiff is claiming damages and compensation for pain and suffering. Biontech considers the claim to be unfounded. The court has ordered the appearance of the plaintiff and a representative of the defendant authorized to conclude a possible settlement. Further dates have not yet been set, but are possible.
The trial was originally scheduled for October 10, but had to be postponed due to the illness of a party to the proceedings. This is not the first trial of this kind in Germany; several lawsuits have already been dismissed due to alleged vaccination damage.
