The company - "Transparent factory" for 3D printing opened in Leipzig

In Leipzig, companies and other institutions can now explore the possibilities of 3D printing in a new "glass factory" by Rapidobject, a Leipzig-based company that produces 3D-printed objects as a service for various clients. The 3D-Fabrik was opened today with the attendance of Saxony's Minister-President Michael Kretschmer (CDU).

Managing Director Petra Wallasch aims to convince entrepreneurs with the "glass factory." The project, as stated by the initiators, is designed as an open production site. Training offerings are also planned. Additionally, conference and seminar rooms can be booked in this industrial setting.

The company, Rapidobject, based in Leipzig, is at the forefront of exploring 3D printing possibilities in their new facility, known as the "3D-Fabrik." Saxony's Minister-President, Michael Kretschmer, was present at the opening of this 3D-printing research center located in the heart of Saxony.
