Trainer sentenced to almost a decade and a half behind bars for sexual assault in almost 230 incidents.

A former coach for a young girl received a professional ban from a court as well, along with being ordered to pay her 25,000 euros in compensation. The accused reportedly accepted this payment. At first, the court deemed him guilty of nearly 350 offenses. However, during the trial, some of these charges were dropped.

The court didn't reveal any information about the specific sport or club the incidents took place at. They claimed it was to protect the privacy of those involved. At the moment, the accused is being held in pretrial detention, and the trial against him began in early May.
