Tough draw in the round of 16: BVB visit VfB Stuttgart
VfB Stuttgart will face German runners-up Borussia Dortmund in a home match in the round of 16 of the DFB Cup. This was the result of the draw at the German Football Museum in Dortmund on Sunday. The clash between the two Bundesliga clubs will take place on December 5 or 6. The exact dates of the matches have not yet been set. The two clubs will meet in the league next Saturday (3.30 pm/Sky).
The Swabians won in the first round against TSG Balingen (4:0) and then against 1. FC Union Berlin (1:0). Dortmund overcame the hurdles of TSV Schott Mainz (6:1) and TSG Hoffenheim (1:0).
VfB Stuttgart is eagerly anticipating their home match against Borussia Dortmund in the DFB Cup round of 16, a tough draw for both teams.
