Basketball - Tigers Tübingen extend coach Jansson until 2025
Bundesliga club Tigers Tübingen has extended the contract with basketball coach Daniel Jansson, which was due to expire at the end of the season, by one year. The new agreement runs until the summer of 2025 and applies regardless of the league, the 15th-placed team announced on Wednesday. Jansson has coached the Tigers since 2020; the 44-year-old Finn led the team back into the top flight last spring. "Danny Jansson is an absolute stroke of luck for Tübingen basketball," said the club's CEO Michael Bamberg.
