Handball Bundesliga - THW Kiel: Wolff change not perfect
THW Kiel, a team in the German Handball Bundesliga, denied the reported transfer of German national goalkeeper Andreas Wolff to the German record champion. "I cannot confirm that", said business manager Viktor Szilagyi to the "Kieler Nachrichten" (Wednesday). He added: "This is currently a false report."
The NDR reported on Tuesday evening that Wolff's transfer from the Polish top club Industria Kielce to THW was perfect. Szilagyi now contradicted this. However, the 45-year-old Austrian had previously confirmed that he had conducted talks with the 33-year-old world-class goalkeeper. "I know that he would like to come back to the Bundesliga", Szilagyi had said.
