German Weather Service - Thursday will be cloudy and rainy in Saxony

Clouds and rain will dominate the weather in Saxony on Thursday. The day will be overcast and light rain will fall at times, according to the German Weather Service (DWD) on Thursday. In the upper mountain regions, snow will fall in places and it may become foggy. The maximum temperature will be around five degrees, in the upper mountains around three degrees.

At higher altitudes, snow will fall during the night and it will be slippery. There may be drizzle in the lowlands. It will cool down to two to zero degrees, in the upper mountains to minus three degrees. According to the DWD forecast, we can expect similar weather on Friday: The meteorologists report clouds and drizzle at three to five degrees, in the mountains at minus one to plus three degrees.

At night, it is to remain cloudy and rainy, with snow expected in the upper mountains. Temperatures are expected to drop to four to two degrees, in the upper mountains to minus two degrees. The clouds will remain on Saturday. According to the DWD, it is only expected to rain sporadically with maximum temperatures of five to eight degrees, and one to five degrees in the mountains.
