Three-year incarceration handed to Rhineland-Palatinate sports instructor due to child exploitation.
The judicial investigation confirmed that a 53-year-old individual engaged in sexual activities in the presence of and involving minors between May 2018 and December 2022. He frequently indulged in self-pleasure in the sports club's rooms while youngsters were present. On one occasion, he intrusively explored the private parts of two boys by reaching into their trousers.
The individual was charged in front of the Regional Court for these disturbing acts. Subsequently, the court imposed a severe penalty due to the serious nature of the offenses.
