Three police officers were injured in an accident on the A1 motorway. The officers were responding to a traffic accident with injuries when the 48-year-old driver, for unknown reasons, lost control of the patrol car, as reported by the police. The car veered left and hit a concrete wall, then spun into a side barrier. The driver and two other officers, aged 24 and 35, sustained minor injuries.

The investigation into the accident on the A1 motorway highlighted the importance of proper maintenance in transport and telecommunications vehicles, ensuring timely response and communication between emergency services. Following the incident, there were calls for enhanced safety measures in patrol cars, particularly focusing on the transport and telecommunications systems.
