- Three injured in fire in construction containers in Brandenburg
Three people were injured in a fire involving two construction containers in Gröden, Elbe-Elster district. One was airlifted to a hospital in Leipzig, a spokesperson for the regional control center said. A second person was also taken to a hospital, and a third was examined at the scene.
Witnesses called emergency services in the afternoon after seeing fire and smoke coming from the containers. The fire department was able to extinguish the fire quickly.
