- Three injured in accident with ambulance
In the collision of a car with an ambulance in Helsa (district of Kassel), three people were slightly injured. The paramedics, who were on their way to a medical emergency without patients, were just driving by, the police reported.
According to the two paramedics, aged 63 and 57, the driver of the car ahead did not react to the activated siren or the flashing lights. Just as the ambulance was about to overtake, the 29-year-old driver of the car suddenly turned left, causing the collision. All three involved were treated in hospitals after the accident on Thursday.
