During recent excavation work, some bombs from World War II were uncovered. The experts from the clearance team safely defused these bombs by removing their detonators, preventing any potential explosions or transportation. The general public wasn't at risk.

As of early May, a 250-kg aircraft bomb was safely deactivated in Landshut, causing about 2,500 people to be evacuated nearby the main station.
