Emergencies - Three children rescued from drowning in Bremen's bathing lake

Guests at the Badegaste rescued three children from drowning in a Bremen bathing lake. They pulled the two five-year-old boys and an eight-year-old girl out of the water and revived the children, as the fire department announced on Thursday. Emergency services took over first aid in the afternoon on Wednesday. The children were taken to the hospital. Initially, two children were in critical condition, but all of them are reportedly stabilized now. Pastoral care provided support to the first responders.

The bathing lake where the rescue took place is located in the city of Bremen, Germany. On Wednesday afternoon, the local emergency services were already involved in an incident related to water accidents. thankfully, the children who were rescued from the lake on Thursday were initially in critical condition but have now reportedly stabilized.
