Fire department operation - Three cars damaged in fire in Dresden

At a fire in Dresden, three cars have been damaged. The police are investigating due to the suspicion of arson, a spokesperson stated. According to the fire department, the flames in the night originated from a parked car, whose rear end was on fire when the rescue forces arrived. The flames had reportedly already spread to the two neighboring cars. No one was injured.

The fire department reported that the rescue forces managed to quickly get the fire under control and prevent its further spread to nearby bushes and trees. In order to prevent fuel from entering the sewage system, appropriate measures were taken. The exact cause of the fire is being investigated. The police estimate the damage at around 60,000 Euros so far.

The fire department operation in Dresden was conducted with the collaboration of the local police due to arson suspicions. The damaged cars were located in Saxony's bustling city center. After analyzing the footage from security cameras, the fire department operation revealed that the car in the center was the initial point of the fire. Despite the extensive damage, the city's fire department successfully contained the fire from causing further destruction.
