A 30-something woman pursues a romantic relationship with a high school student. For this, she is tried and penalized, resulting in her giving birth behind bars. Decades later, they are officially married. This real-life story is now a confined drama, directed by Todd Haynes ("Carol", "I'm Not There") featuring Natalie Portman, Julianne Moore, and Charles Melton in the prominent parts.
