According to Immoscout24, the most expensive house for sale in the country is a thatched-roof house near the dunes in Kampen, priced at 15.5 million Euro. In terms of square meter price, even the second-placed villa in the noble Berlin neighborhood of Grunewald with turrets cannot keep up (13.5 million Euro).

A Jugendstil villa with turrets in the noble Berlin neighborhood of Grunewald follows in second place with a price of 13.5 million Euro, as well as a luxury house in Munich-Bogenhausen with a wellness area and wine cellar (13.2 million Euro).
Three of the ten most expensive properties listed on the real estate portal are in Berlin, two on Sylt, and one in Munich. The square meter prices, however, are very different. "A square meter in the dune house in Kampen costs as much as a new car," ImmoScout24 states. The square meter in the Berlin Jugendstil villa costs 11,165 Euro, according to ImmoScout24.
In Germany, the average asking price for houses for sale was last reported to be 2,727 Euro for existing properties and 3,724 Euro for new buildings. Munich has the most expensive pavement, with an average of 10,463 Euro per square meter for a typical new single-family house.
