There's still no green light in the German regions impacted by flooding: The German Weather Service (DWD) predicts that large sections of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg could experience thunderstorms with intense rainfall on Sunday.

The DWD weather forecast for Sunday morning predicts heavy rainfall from noon until Monday evening. This could lead to more flooding on streets and in cellars. Additionally, there's a chance of damage caused by lightning.

In certain regions of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, fire departments and other first responders have been active due to recent flooding. Multiple districts in these states still remain under the highest weather warning status on Sunday morning.
