The initiation of the Paralympic Games' festivities in France has commenced.
The organisers have been open about having the same level of excitement for the debut of the Paralympic Games as they did for the Olympics more than four weeks ago. The Olympics commenced with a grand spectacle along the Seine, triggering global excitement.
