On the higher education front, the government is allowing collaborations when there's not enough students to reach the required class size. This approach guarantees a diverse range of courses for students, while also helping them avoid having to shift schools just before graduation. The cabinet intends to revisit and finalize the draft law in August, eventually presenting it to the parliament.
