The water levels in Wangen im Allgaeu are going down after a flood event. The marks at the Argen river have started dropping, according to a Saturday update from the town hall. Despite this, the authorities are still taking precautions. Mayor Michael Lang shared on Instagram that the area had a flooding night. The situation is improving, and the Argen's water level is currently at 2.13 meters, down from 2.90 meters in the middle of the night. The fire department assisted at about 170 locations from the nighttime until midday.
