According to the Leipzig Public Prosecutor's Office, she reportedly performed this action several times during a concert in September 2022. On Friday (9:30 AM), the trial commences at Leipzig District Court, with a witness testifying first, followed by closing arguments and the verdict.
Moreover, drug-related charges are also under scrutiny, as 0.69 grams of cocaine blend and an ecstasy pill were discovered during a search of Müller's apartment in Leipzig.
At the trial's commencement, Müller denied all accusations. Regarding the drugs, he claimed they belonged to a friend who left them in Müller's possession. Until a definitive verdict, Müller profits from the presumption of innocence, and she does not have to physically attend court sessions, as per the judge's ruling.
