As per the police accounts, the incident likely occurred in the wee hours of Friday. A worker at the office on Eichborndamm in Wittenau district reported no paint smears on the building at 4:00 AM. However, upon inspecting at noon, tell-tale signs of the vandalism were discovered, prompting a call to the authorities.
